Details: The US plan is laid out in annexes to the current peace proposals for Ukraine, which have not yet been made public, but have been described in the media.

The documents detail plans by U.S. financial firms and other businesses to use approximately $200 billion in frozen rockets for projects in Ukraine, including the construction of a major new data center that will be powered by the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, which is currently under Russian occupation.
Another annex lays out a general US concept for bringing the Russian economy out of crisis, in which US companies would invest in strategic sectors, from rare earth mining to Arctic oil drilling, and help restore Russian energy supplies to Western Europe and the rest of the world.
Some European officials who have seen the documents said they were unsure whether some of the US proposals should be taken seriously.
One official compared them to President Trump’s vision of a Riviera-style resort in Gaza.
Another, speaking of the proposed energy deal between the US and Russia, said it was an economic version of the 1945 conference where the victors of World War II divided Europe: “It’s like Yalta.”
As the publication notes, the dispute at the negotiating table now concerns not only Ukrainian borders, but also increasingly business – and, interestingly, pits not only Russia against Ukraine, but also the US against its traditional allies in Europe.
The media previously wrote that American companies with close ties to the Trump administration are taking a position that allows them to benefit from the US peace plan.
European officials fear that the US approach will give Russia the respite it needs to revive its economy and strengthen its military power.
The US negotiating team considers joint economic activity and energy interdependence the cornerstone of its “business for peace” philosophy.
It was reported that the representatives of Ukraine and the USA on Wednesday held negotiations regarding the reconstruction and economic recovery of Ukraine after the end of the war.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyi on Tuesday reported on the completion of work at the level of national security advisers on the proposals of Ukraine and Europe for the “peace plan”.
He also said that within the negotiation process between Ukraine, Europe and the USA three documents are being preparedwhich will form the basis of a peaceful settlement.
