“Recently, the NSDC decisions imposed sanctions on pro -Russian political scientists and “polytecres”. In total, up to 71 persons and 18 organizations were applied. As you know, often the persons seek to avoid responsibility and bypass the imposed restrictions.”, – WRITE: www.pravda.com.ua
The sanction list was included in political technologist Denis Zharki, the exgeneral producer of 112 Ukraine TV channel Artem Marchevsky, political technologist Vadim Karasyov and others. The sanctions also concerned the project of Exnaress Viktor Medvedchuk “Druzhi Ukraine”.
The annex to sanctions states that they have been introduced for 10 years, and restrictions on deprivation of state awards – indefinitely. The question of whether the sanctions will continue after the expiration of their validity remains open.

The sanction list, in addition to blocking assets and restriction of trade operations, also includes a ban on spreading media in Ukraine. However, the media project of Exnaress Viktor Medvedchuk “Druzhi Ukraine” managed to open their “branches” mostly abroad, in particular in Serbia. Similarly with the platform of Medvedchuk “Voice of Europe”. Probably, the activities of the project will continue to continue through other persons who have not fallen under sanctions.
In addition, sanctions and suspicions are applied to “polytectors”, which spread the messages in favor of politicians who have left before the start of a full -scale invasion and have long defended the interests of the Russian Federation. For example, political technologist Denis Zharki has declared suspicion of treason. The investigation found that he was the director of Political Parcel of Viktor Medvedchuk “Druzhi Ukraine” in Moscow.
It should be noted that 11 people’s deputies of the current convocation of the Verkhovna Rada were suspected of crimes against national security. For some politicians, the case has been drawn to years and have not reached suspicion and sentences.
The movement honestly noted how important it was to take the parliament for processing and consider the draft laws concerning crimes against national security. After all, they should significantly improve the legislation and add legal certainty and balance when cases are considered in courts.

Some traitors manage to escape abroad. Some of them are still not included in the sanction lists and for some reason not made on the international wanted list. This allows the attackers to avoid responsibility. An example is Alexander Kunitsky’s People’s Deputy from the “servant of the people”.
Quite a successful case is the case of “Polytexpert” Cyril Molchanov, who was arrested in Poland and transferred to Ukraine. This is the first time from the beginning of a full -scale invasion, when the SBU was sent to Ukraine, who worked in the information field. Molchanov was suspected; He is currently in a pre -trial detention center.
We hope that such cases will become precedent and work as a fuse when someone wants to avoid responsibility.
