A group of people’s deputies, including the chairman of the Tax Committee Danylo Getmantsev, registered the draft law on the creation of a special economic regime for the defense industry – “Defense.City”.
Among them are changes to the Criminal Code, which can be amnesty of defense enterprises from any responsibility.
We asked Danylo Hetmantsev, which requires such amnesty and whether it carries corruption risks. We also asked why the servicemen cancel credit limits and whether the authorities plan to raise taxes again.
