Among other things, Trump’s adviser allegedly received a less confidential but potentially delicate information on his Gmail box, including his schedule and other working documents.
According to a spokesman for the US National Security Council, the Voltus indeed received an e -mail and an invitation to the calendar from old contacts.
“He has never sent secret materials through his personal email or any unprotected platform,” he added.
The GUZ also assured that all national security staff are aware of the need to use protected information channels and that “any non-governmental correspondence should be preserved to comply with the requirements of the documentation legislation.”
Gmail correspondence has become another example of the doubtful practice of using unprotected communication channels by Trump’s officials after a Signal messenger scandal.
Since both Trump himself and his administration’s officials denied that the class was discussed in the chat, the Atlantic on March 26 published an article with specific data on the actions of aviation that struck Yemen.
The White House has recently been officially stated that the Signal scandal was “closed” for them.
