The first is clearly high. First, American auditors, when they took over the first 1.5 years of assistance, then reduced its nominal amount by $ 8 billion, ie almost twice. For the last 1.5 years, auditors have not analyzed – perhaps there will be similar reductions, for example, the figure will dry up to $ 20 billion? Who knows.
Secondly: they have not been shipped yet. Some products are going on months.
Third: if you focus on nominal rates, even a 100% reduction in US military assistance should not cause a significant fall in the Armed Forces. Actually, we watched in the spring of last year. Another question is that there are unique technologies that are only available in Americans. We will miss them if something.

Which of this point conclusions?
First, we are far from dependents, we are financed by ourselves even in the face of such a strong Russian aggression. It is necessary to be proud of it.
Secondly, the EU will easily replace the United States with military and economically, if it wants and if you do not take into account the aspect of unique technologies. The annual amount of assistance is 0.08% of the Eurozone GDP. They won’t even notice.
And general conclusion – if you use more efficiently available Ukrainian resources (And with this problem), you can achieve proper autonomy from the allies and reflect, if necessary, from the Russian Federation yourself. Although better, of course, in a group.
