– What challenges do you face in the new club?
– In front of me, there is a call to raise the team higher than the team was in the past years. And I believe that this club, with such players, with a relatively new coaching staff and with such an owner deserves higher places than before. So we will do everything to be higher.
– What was the goodbye to Plymouth and how do you estimate the time spent there?
– Of course, it was not easy to disperse, because boys, fans, everyone who supported us was very close to me. They always helped, both in adaptation, and on the field, and behind it. They are grateful. They will remain in my heart and memory forever. I will follow them and hope that they will be able to return to the championship this season. I wish them all the best, they deserve it, fans deserve it.
After these several months, there are only positive emotions in Plymouth. There are no negative memories except, of course, departure from the championship. But I think, after the coach arrives, we and a few more players have done the maximum. If you count after our arrival, we scored the glasses enough to fix ourselves in the middle of the table. But, unfortunately, points are reckoned with summer. And I think there was a lot of chances in the first half of the year, which did not allow us to stay in the championship.
– What are the closest plans in the City Stock?
– On Friday, we fly to the meeting in Spain. The closest plans are to prepare the best for the first match in early August, because the schedule is quite difficult, and we need to be ready for it.
