“I remind you that at night the enemy hit our TPP with several drones, because of which the CHPC subscribers were left without heat. The electrical generation is completely destroyed. We are currently trying to restore heat supply using alternative ways to solve the problem. Employees and TPPs and Mykolaivoblteploenergo are involved. The work is ongoing. Without details, but it is really difficult, ”the mayor wrote.

Senkevich noted that the heat in the hospitals succeeded thanks to the modular boiler rooms received from Denmark.

“Throughout the day, our utilities have eliminated the effects of arrivals in two areas. The streets were cleaned and the windows were sutured. Tomorrow the consequences of arrivals will continue. I am grateful to every worker who worked today for the benefit of the locals, ”Alexander Senkevich added.

On the night of February 16, the Russian Federation made a massive shelling of Nikolaev, said the head of the regional military administration (OVA) Vitaliy Kim. Due to the Russian attack on critical infrastructure without heat supply, 46,000 subscribers remain.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
