“This issue is discussed among people’s deputies, including in our committee. There is a certain consensus agreement with different fractions and in parliament that this issue should be raised in the near future, so that we do not lose our youth who go abroad and then cannot return, since from the age of 18 to 60 there is a restriction that we have imposed on the introduction of martial law.
According to him, there is an idea that by 23-24 years not to restrict Ukrainian citizens in movement.
“That those young Ukrainians who study abroad should come to Ukraine, communicate with their relatives and were not forced to stay abroad, but maintained connection with Ukraine,” he added.
At the same time, the deputy noted that the issue is quite sensitive, because it is difficult to determine the age limit when a person can travel abroad.
Earlier, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovy stated that the trend of departure of students after the 11th grade abroad is, but it is not massive.
After the beginning of the Russian full -scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are prohibited from traveling abroad.
