According to him, this meeting is a logical continuation of successful consultations with the United States in Jeid, which took place on March 11.
Umerov listed the key results of current negotiations in Saudi Arabia:
– All parties have agreed to provide safe navigation (navigation) in the Black Sea. In this case, Ukraine will have the right to exercise the right to self -defense;
– all parties have agreed to implement the presidents’ agreements on a complete ban on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine and Russia;
– all parties welcome the involvement of third countries in order to support the implementation of energy and maritime agreements;
– all parties will continue to work on achieving sustainable and prolonged peace;
– The United States confirmed its support in helping the exchange of prisoners of war, the dismissal of civilian detainees and the return of forcibly exported Ukrainian children.
Following the negotiations in Riyadh, the White House published a similar statement, in particular, an agreement on the safe navigation in the Black Sea and the development of a mechanism of ban on blows on energy objects.
