Direct speech: “Russian forces will grow. They are increasing the size of their forces. They are creating new brigades. By June 1, they have achieved half of what they tried to set themselves as a goal…

They use many – mercenaries from Africa, Asia. Now they are using North Korea, meaning they have problems, but they are not stopping, they are growing. We know the exact number. This is a significant number.”

Details: According to Umerov, Russia has problems with mobilization, which is why it uses North Korean troops.

The minister noted that Ukraine is currently working on “creating forces that will be able to resist, as the priority is defense and stabilization operations.”

“That’s why we are growing, so as not to give any advantage”, – the head of the MOU answered to the journalists.
