Updated: At 11:13 p.m., Umerov reported that he had reported to President Volodymyr Zelenskyi about the results of the negotiations in the United States.
“We have made significant progress in promoting a dignified peace and converging our positions with the American side. Our key goals – security, sovereignty and reliable peace – remain unchanged and are shared by the American side. Ahead is the continuation of consultations and work on agreeing on a joint framework solution,” he wrote.
