“Due to the difficult situation in the energy system caused by the consequences of Russian shelling, measures to limit consumption are being applied today. By the end of the day, hourly outage schedules of 2 to 4 shifts will be applied in most regions. Also, in the regions where hourly blackouts are applied, capacity limitation schedules for industry and business will be in effect,” the message says.

Earlier today, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on the night of November 10, the Russian military attacked Ukraine with two Kh-47M2 “Kinjal” aeroballistic missiles, five S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles, as well as 67 attack UAVs, about 40 of which were “Shahedy”.
“According to preliminary data, as of 09:30, air defense shot down/suppressed 52 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of drones in the east, south, and center of the country,” the message reads.
