“Ukrenergo”: “Lower temperature will not cause significant problems” with power supply

On January 30, the National Energy Company “Ukrenergo” was assured that “there is no forecasts for electricity restriction”.

“The projected level of temperature decrease will not cause significant problems and will not necessitate restriction measures. The situation in the power system of Ukraine remains stable. Energy work out all scenarios, in particular – and in the event of a sharp decrease in air temperature. We remind that the only reason for the forced use of shutdowns has always been and remains the destruction of energy infrastructure as a result of Russian rocket and okola attacks, ”the company noted.
