Ukrenergo: Emergency shutdowns in the morning used in 7 oblasts now canceled

Ukrenergo reported that in the morning of October 15, due to the difficult situation in the power system as a result of previous Russian blows in Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, and partly in Kirovograd and Cherkasy regions, emergency shutdowns were used.

Now these restrictions are not applied in any region, the company said.

Meanwhile, there was reported that at night the Russian forces once again inflicted drone blows in energy objects in several regions. “As a result, in the morning, there are de -consumers in several regions, in particular – in Dnipropetrovsk. Emergency recovery work in all affected regions has already begun. Energy are doing their best to return the equipment damaged by the enemy as soon as possible, ”the message reads.

According to Ukrenergo, in Chernihiv region, three queues of hourly shutdowns are currently being used under the team of local power. “This is a consequence of the enemy’s systematic attacks on the region’s energy infrastructure over several weeks. Emergency recovery work in the region is ongoing, ”the company added.

Ukrenergo emphasized that the need for economical energy consumption is stored, and called not to switch on a few powerful electrical appliances at the same time from 16:00 to 22:00.

Earlier today in Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy region reported emergency shutdowns of light after attacks of the Russian Federation.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
