Ukrainians mostly feel hope and pride when they think about their homeland

Details: Sociologists have found that, against the background of deterioration of psycho -emotional state, the emotional reaction of Ukrainians against Ukraine is characterized by the advantage of positive emotions: hope (68%) and pride (44%). Among the negative emotions are frustration (16%) and fear (15%).

The factors that affect the overall psycho -emotional state of Ukrainians are the experiences for the loss of a loved one (40%), health and physical well -being (31%), financial situation (29%), security situation (28%), news and events in Ukraine and mobilization of loved ones, relatives to the Armed Forces (23%).

Despite considerable difficulties, most citizens (71%) try to maintain optimistic feelings when they think about Ukraine’s future.

The study was conducted between November 20 and December 4, 2024 by telephone interviews using a computer. The national sample was 2000 respondents. The error – no more than 2.2%.
