Almost 60% of Ukrainians consider President Volodymyr Zelensky most responsible for the results of Ukraine’s war against Russia.

Details: According to the results of the survey, 58% of respondents answered that President Volodymyr Zelensky is most responsible for the results of the war in the country.
At the same time, the Armed Forces are in second place – 49%, and 33% of Ukrainians called the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky most responsible.
Next, international partners – 30%, the population of Ukraine – 28%, the Verkhovna Rada – 13%, Defense Minister Rustem Umyerov – 10%.
The survey was conducted by the Sociological Group “Rating” on the order of the Center and Analysis of Sociological Research (CISR) of the International Republican Institute (IRI).
Throughout the territory of Ukraine (except the occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas) from September 27 to October 1, 2024, n=2,000 residents of Ukraine aged 18 and older were interviewed. The sample does not include Ukrainians who are not currently in Ukraine.
The survey method (CATI) is telephone interviews using a computer based on a random sample of mobile numbers.
The error of representativeness of the study with a confidence probability of 0.95 does not exceed 2.2%.
