Details: Earlier, the State Migration Service of Ukraine reported that the government has regulated the issue of passports to men abroad and announced that it would recover since February 17.

It was noted that the manufactured passports would be able to receive men who submitted documents by April 25, 2024.

The LCA added that “notification indicating the date, time and place of issue will be sent in the order of the order of submission of documents.”

The State Migration Service also reminded that it is now a prerequisite for the registration and receipt of passports by Ukrainian men aged 18-60 abroad “availability of military accounting documents”.

Prehistory:

  • In April 2024, foreign units of SE “Document” suspended the issuance of finished documents, which explained the technical reasons due to the adoption of amendments to the Law on Mobilization.
  • The issuance of documents for certain categories of population was restored in a month, in May 2024.
