Ukrainian defense forces reported a significant number of clashes on the front lines today, with 176 combat engagements occurring since the start of the day. In the Pokrovsk direction alone, troops successfully repelled 45 assaults by Russian forces, resulting in the elimination of 66 enemy combatants.
According to the latest evening report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, fighting has intensified across various fronts. In the Northern Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian forces thwarted one enemy attack, while the adversary carried out 57 artillery strikes targeting military positions and civilian areas.
In the Southern Slobozhansk area, Russian troops launched four assaults near Vovchansk and in the direction of Okhrimivka, with one engagement still ongoing. The Kupiansk direction also saw four enemy attacks aimed at the settlements of Novoosinovoe, Novoplatonivka, and Kurylivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted six attacks on Ukrainian positions near Tverdokhlibove and Serednie, with one confrontation continuing. Similarly, in the Sloviansk direction, Russian forces attempted to advance in the areas of Yampil, Platonivka, and Pazeno, with one battle still in progress.
Four offensive actions were reported in the Kramatorsk direction, particularly around Minkivka and in the direction of Virolyubivka. The Konstantynivka direction witnessed 37 assaults on Ukrainian defenses, with ongoing clashes in the regions of Konstantynivka, Pleshchiyivka, Illinivka, Ivanopillya, Stepanivka, Sofiyivka, Rusynyi Yar, and Novopavlivka.
Since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian forces have successfully repelled 45 enemy assaults in the Pokrovsk direction, specifically around Nikanorivka, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Udačne, Novomykolaivka, and other nearby settlements. Preliminary estimates indicate that 66 enemy troops were killed and 21 wounded, alongside the destruction of four vehicles, damage to two tanks and two artillery systems, and the neutralization of various enemy assets.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Russian forces made seven attempts to improve their positions, attacking areas near Ternove, Krasnohirske, Zluhoda, and advancing towards Pryvillia. Airstrikes were reported in Ivanivka.
The Hulyaipol direction experienced 18 attacks targeting settlements such as Dobropillia, Staroukrainka, and Zaliznychne, with airstrikes hitting areas including Novoselivka and Vozdvizhivka. Two battles are still ongoing in this region.
In the Orikhiv direction, no active offensive actions from the enemy were noted, although airstrikes targeted Orikhiv. The Dniprovsk direction has seen no enemy offensive operations today, and no significant changes have been reported across other fronts.
