The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed the destruction of the Sterlitamak petrochemical plant in Russian Bashkortostan on November 6.

Details: It is reported that as a result of the strike of long-range military reconnaissance drones on the enemy’s petrochemical enterprise, a fire broke out on the territory of the workshop for the production of agidol, an aviation fuel additive.

As you know, the Sterlitamak plant manufactures products for the needs of the Russian occupation army and the military-industrial complex, including ionol, aviation gasoline, and synthetic polymers.

What preceded: On the night of November 4, units of the Special Operations Forces struck two strategic objects of the Russian oil refining infrastructure, including the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant in the Republic of Bashkortostan (more than 1,300 kilometers from the Ukrainian border).

The local authorities confirmed the explosions and destruction on the territory of the enterprise.
