According to Forbes, in 2024 Ukraine wanted to put 10 thousand robots on the front.
The material of economic truth states several reasons why Ukraine is not in large ways in massive work platforms against the Russians. One is that most robots are technologically “raw”. They should have a reliable connection, good patency, so as not to get stuck in grass, sand or mud, and be relatively cheap.
The second reason is that the Ukrainian military has not yet learned to use robots effectively. Fighters should understand the capabilities of such platforms and competently lay routes, but most units do not have enough time to develop tactics and to understand the characteristics of land robots.
