Ukraine has imposed sanctions on the company of Russia, China and Belarus, which supply technologies for “Shahmed”

President Volodymyr Zelensky in decree introduced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on new personal sanctions. 39 Russians and 55 Russian, Belarusian and Chinese companies were restricted.

Details: The sanctions are applied to dozens of Russian citizens related to the defense sphere. Among them is the General Director of the Defense Company “URRO” CEO of OKB “Vostok” Sergey Kalutsky, CEO of Newton -ITM LLC Dmitry Alikhanov and others.

The list of legal entities includes Russian defense enterprises, in particular:

• JSC “Military Engineering Corporation”;
• LLC “NGO” Topol – unmanned technologies “”;
• SCB “Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences”;
• LLC “KB” Vostok “;
• LLC “ITC – Newton”;
• Altegriti LLC;
• Newton-isnm LLC,

As well as Chinese and Belarusian companies that supply dual -use technologies and cooperate with the Russian MIC.

Sanctions provide for the blocking of assets, the complete cessation of trade operations and transit, the prohibition of participation in government procurement and privatization, termination of security and defense agreements, restriction of access to technologies and intellectual property.

Restrictions set for 10 years or indefinitely.
