According to her, the preparation for the negotiations regarding the first block related to the rule of law lasted four months. 250 representatives of all branches of government were involved, as well as representatives of civil society.

“Negotiations will last three days. They cover blocks of all reforms in the field of the rule of law: issues of human rights, the issue of the impact of a full-scale war on democratic institutions, on their functioning in Ukraine, on the observance of human rights. We will discuss the consequences of Russian aggression and the measures we are taking to bring Russia to justice,” the government official said.
Stefanishyna called the problems that Hungary can create for Ukraine on the way to the EU a subject of bilateral dialogue.
“At this stage, at the level of the EU member states, at the level of the European Commission, it is absolutely clear that all problematic issues of Ukraine and Hungary are matters of bilateral dialogue, the subject of bilateral dialogue.
