A meeting of the Ukrainian delegation led by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Matviy Bidny took place in Turin, Italy. The main topic was the strengthening of cooperation in the field of student sports.

As part of the negotiations, the issues of developing student sports infrastructure and involving young people in an active lifestyle were discussed. The German Federation of Student Sports shared the experience of successfully organizing a club system in higher educational institutions in Germany, which serves as an example of the effective integration of sports into the educational system.

Special attention was paid to the preparation of Ukrainian students to participate in the 2025 World Summer Universiade, which will be held in Germany. The German side confirmed its readiness to support our athletes in all aspects of their participation in the competition.
