Details: According to Tyshchenko’s lawyer, the People’s Deputy is currently at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada and that is why he cannot be present. At the same time, the People’s Deputy did not join via video link, as he did last time.
Instead, the victim, Dmytro Mazokha, a former fighter of the GUR special unit “Kraken”, and ex-policeman Bohdan Pisarenko, who, together with Tyschenko, are accused of illegally depriving Mazokha of their liberty were present in the courtroom.
