However, Tusk did not specify when exactly he plans to visit the capital of Ukraine.
Earlier, People’s Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko from the “European Solidarity” faction said that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will speak in the Ukrainian Parliament on Tuesday. Rutte himself did not report this.
Against the background of these reports, the Kyiv City State Administration warned that tomorrow, February 3, road traffic will be temporarily restricted in the central part of Kyiv due to the visit of foreign delegations and security measures.
