Prime Minister Tusk said during a speech in Paris that “it is too early to make overly optimistic statements.”
The head of the Polish government noted that for effective pressure on Russia, it is necessary to clarify the joint position of the EU, the USA and other countries of the coalition of the decisive.
“We are getting closer to concrete decisions every week,” Tusk assured, adding that on Tuesday in Paris they discussed, in particular, how countries understand their role in security guarantees for Kyiv.
“Poland will fulfill all tasks in the field of logistics to support Ukraine, it will be a leading state in this field,” the Prime Minister said. Each task has its own national leader.
Tusk noted that the partners do not expect the presence of Polish troops in Ukraine.
Earlier it became known that on the basis of the operational headquarters of the “coalition of the determined” in Paris a special coordination center will be created in the “USA – Ukraine – coalition of the determined” format, which will be responsible for security guarantees for Ukraine from the Western allies.
As “European Truth” reported, the draft declaration of the meeting of the “coalition of the determined” also states that The US must commit to support European “coalition” forces in the event of an attack on Ukraine.
