Why is it important: Kellog’s visit takes place against the backdrop of resonant negotiations of Russian and American delegations in Saudi Arabia, which have not been invited to Ukraine.
After the negotiations of the Russian Federation and the USA, the State Department of the United States reported that delegations of the US and Russia agreed to “eliminate stimuli” of bilateral relations and continue work on preparing negotiations on the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
