Details: In the document, Trump called the American flag “the most holy and worshiped symbol of the United States,” which embodies the freedom, identity and power of the country. According to him, the burning of the flag is a “offensive and provocative” act that can provoke violence and riots and is used by foreign groups to intimidate Americans.

Details: According to the decree, the US Prosecutor General should prioritize the maximum application of criminal and civil laws against acts of abuse over the flag, in particular if they are related to violence, hatred crimes, property damage or public order.
In cases where such actions violate the current state law or local law, cases must be submitted to local authorities.
The Prosecutor General may initiate lawsuits in order to clarify the exceptions to the first amendment of the US Constitution in this area.
Secretary of State, Prosecutor General and Internal Security Minister have the right to refuse to issue a visa, cancel visas, residence permits, cancel naturalization procedures and other immigration privileges or initiate deportation of foreigners if they participated in the abuse of the flag.
