Trump reported on the social network that he and Sheinbaum were talked on Monday morning.
“We also agreed to suspend the planned duties immediately for the month, during which negotiations under the leadership of the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Minister of Finance Scott Bessent and the Minister of Commerce Howard Latnik, as well as high -ranking officials by Mexico,” Trump wrote.

Sheinbaum was the first to report the suspension of duties in a post on the social network X.
