Despite such statements, Trump still hurt the only public business of the billionaire – Tesla. The Republicans abolished significant electric vehicles in the Congress in the latter bill on budget reconciliation, which significantly assisted electric vehicles.
This was reflected in the significant fall in the value of Tesla shares, as well as on some of the worst quarterly results. Over the past three months, the revenue of electric vehicles has decreased by 12% compared to the same period of 2024 and amounted to $ 22.5 billion, while the profit fell by 16% – to $ 1.17 billion.
