Trump is currently flying to the World Economic Forum in a Boeing C-32A, the US Air Force’s version of the twin-engine 757.
According to an Air Force fact sheet, the C-32 is primarily used to transport the vice president (in which case it will carry the call sign Air Force Two), the first lady, members of the president’s cabinet or members of Congress.
The Air Force has four C-32 aircraft in its fleet.
The fleet has two VC-25 aircraft. The new VC-25 aircraft are currently being equipped, but they will not be operational for several years.
Donald Trump, in his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, is expected to will lash out with criticism on world leaders.
We will remind:
- In May, AP wrote that the administration of US President Donald Trump will receive an elite Boeing 747 aircraft from Qatar “as a gift to the US Air Force.”
