“Tomorrow, November 26, the time of application and the scope of restrictions will be as follows: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. — one round of blackouts; 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. — one round of blackouts,” the message reads.

The reason for the temporary introduction of restrictions is damage to energy facilities during a massive missile-drone attack on November 17.

Emergency recovery works are ongoing. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore the equipment damaged by the enemy to work as soon as possible.
