Today, worsening weather is forecast in Ukraine: rain, snow and ice

As Ukrinform was told by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, there is a little snow in places in the western regions; daytime temperature is around 0°. In Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, wet snow and rain, 0-3° of heat. In the rest of the territory, moderate, sometimes heavy rains; the temperature is 7-12°, in the southeast of the country 13-18° with a “plus” mark. There is ice on the roads in the western, most northern and Vinnytsia regions. The wind is mainly northwesterly at 7-12 m/s, in Ukraine, except for the western and most northern regions, there are gusts of 17-22 m/s.

It will be cloudy in the capital region on November 21. During the day, there is moderate rain and sleet, with sleet sticking in places, ice on the roads. The wind is north-west, 7-12 m/s. The temperature in Kyiv is 0-2°C, in the region – 0-3°C.

Forecasters predict cloudy weather for November 22-23. On November 22, there was no precipitation at night, only in the eastern regions and the extreme west of the country, during the day in Ukraine, except for the southern part and eastern regions, moderate snow, blizzard, significant snow in the Carpathian region; the temperature at night is 1-6° of frost, in the south of the country – about 0°, during the day in the western and northern regions from 3° of frost to 2° of heat, in the rest of the territory 0-5° of heat, in the south of the country 6-11° of heat.

On November 23, there will be light snow in the western regions, the temperature at night is 2-7 degrees below zero, during the day it is around 0 degrees; in most of the northern, Vinnytsia, and Cherkasy regions – significant wet snow at night, wet snow sticking, no precipitation during the day, temperature at night and during the day from 3° of frost to 2° of heat; in the rest of the territory – moderate, in some places significant precipitation mainly in the form of rain, the temperature at night and during the day is 3-8° warm, during the day in the east, southeast 8-13°; in the Crimea at night it is 6-11° warm, during the day 11-16°. The wind is southerly with a transition to the northwest, 7-12 m/s, in the southern part, in the afternoon of November 22 and in the central and northern regions, on November 23 also on the Left Bank – gusts of 15-20 m/s in places. There is ice on the roads in the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions. In the Carpathians, there is little, in the afternoon of November 22 – significant snow; the temperature at night is 5-10°, during the day 2-7° of frost.

It will be cloudy in Kyiv and the region on November 22-23. No precipitation at night on November 22, snow, blizzard during the day; southerly wind, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 15-18 m/s in places during the day. The temperature in Kyiv at night is 3-5° of frost, during the day 0-2° of heat; in the region at night 1-6° of frost, during the day from 3° of frost to 2° of heat.

On November 23, heavy wet snow at night, sticking wet snow, no precipitation during the day; the wind is north-west, 7-12 m/s. The temperature in Kyiv at night and during the day is about 0°; in the region at night and during the day from 3° of frost to 2° of heat.
