The next round of peace talks can take place in Istanbul on June 2. This date and the site were offered by Russia, but Ukraine has not officially not officially agreed. Kyiv calls to Moscow to send a “Memorandum” to stop the fire to familiarize with the second round of potential negotiations.

- On May 29, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was outraged that the Russian side did not convey the so -called “Memorandum” neither the United States, nor Ukraine, nor Turkey, although it promised the opposite.
