According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson OVA, three people were killed and two were injured in the region due to attacks by the Russian forces.
“The Russian military attacked critical and social infrastructure; residential quarters of settlements in the region, in particular, three multi-story buildings and seven private houses were damaged. The occupiers also mutilated a cellular tower, a church, and private cars,” the message reads.
The head of Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov reported on five wounded in Zaporizhzhia district.
“Over the course of a day, the occupiers struck 698 attacks on 30 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region… 39 reports of damage to homes and cars were received,” Fedorov wrote in a telegram.
About one wounded civilian – in Slovyansk – reported the head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadym Filashkin.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
