Anti -corruption authorities have informed the chairman of the court in Volyn and his acquaintance of suspicion of obtaining undue benefits.

According to the investigation, the suspects have pushed the local resident to provide illegal benefit to one of the judges for making a “necessary” decision in a civil case on the division of property of the spouse. However, they did not have plans to negotiate with a judge, and the decision he made was in favor of the person. The suspects provided by it were divided. In order to hide the crime, one part of the bribe was exchanged at the currency exchange point and the other – another acquaintance.
