During the day of November 13, Russian troops carried out 68 shelling of the border areas and settlements of the Sumy region, as a result of which two civilians were injured, the regional military administration reported.

“175 explosions were recorded. The communities of Khotynsk, Yunakivsk, Myropilsk, Bilopolsk, Krasnopilsk, Velikopysarivsk, Putivlsk, Shalyginsk, Esmansk, Seredino-Budsk, Znob-Novgorosk came under fire,” the message says.

According to the OVA, civilians were injured in the Myropil community, where the invaders carried out artillery shelling, FPV drone strikes and dropping VOG from UAVs.

In addition, according to the report, cars, a private house, and a shop were damaged in the communities of the region as a result of the strikes.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
