There were 144 combat clashes at the front per day – the General Staff

144 fighting collisions were recorded on the front during the last day, most of all – in the Pokrovsky direction, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in the morning summary.

“In the Pokrovsky direction during the last day our defenders stopped 54 assault actions of the aggressor in areas of settlements Yablunovka, Zorya, Shevchenko First, Nova Poltavka, Mirolyubivka, Elizabeth, Lisivka, Dachenko, Kottelin, Novosergiyevka, Tri. Popovy Yar and Novomykolaivka, ”the message reads.

This direction remains one of the hottest areas of the front. Over the last year, the largest number of combat clashes is mainly recorded there.

In addition, Russian attacks were recorded in Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Lyman, Siversky, Kramatorsk, Toretsky, Novopavlovsky, Gulyaypil, Orikhiv, Dnieper, Kursk.

“According to the specified information, yesterday the enemy struck the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements of 90 aviation strikes, dropped 144 managed aviation bombs, attracted 2492 drones-Kamikadze. The enemy also carried out 5291 artillery shelling, including 114 – from the jet systems of volley fire, ”the General Staff noted.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in February, 3274 combat clashes were recorded on the front, and in March there were 4270. The vast majority of them in the Donbass, which, according to military and analysts, is the main purpose of this year’s spring and summer campaign of Russia.
