“The vehicle stood without passengers at the final stop. Shortly after the driver started driving, an explosion occurred. An investigative team and specialists of the explosives service are working on the spot. All the circumstances are being investigated,” the law enforcement officers said and added that, according to preliminary information, there were no victims as a result of this incident.
