The head of the Center for Military-Legal Research Oleksandr Musienko analyzed on Radio NV whether the Russians are ordered to shoot prisoners or is it their own initiative.
“Unfortunately, we must state that they may have exactly such orders and instructions. And, unfortunately, this happens in different parts of the front, so it indicates certain coordinated actions, coordinated. Of course, written orders are unlikely to be found. But verbal instructions, I’m practically convinced that there can be. This corresponds to the character and nature of the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine,” said Musienko.
And there is only one way to counteract this, he is convinced:
