Details: According to Levitt, the Trump administration has been “quietly working on a plan for the past month.”

Levitt said negotiations are ongoing, but she would not “divulge the details” of the US-prepared plan.
“This is a good plan for both Russia and Ukraine, and we believe that it should be acceptable to both sides, and we are working very hard to implement it,” she said.
The Office of the President of Ukraine publicly announced on Thursday that Volodymyr Zelenskyy received the draft plan from the American side and is ready to discuss it.
