Details: According to him, under these conditions Trump will “carefully consider” the ability to thaw the supply of military assistance to Ukraine.
He reported that officials were discussing the date, place and team of negotiators that would end the war.
“We are already talking about confidence -making measures, which we will pass to the Russians and check them for strength,” he said, without specifying what measures he mean.
The Volz also added that the Trump administration should know “that both parties sincerely negotiate on partial and then constant peace.”
