He noted that in general, the City Council has allocated ₴ 186.5 million for the priority “Security and Defense”. This is the first tranche for the planned financing of this direction in 2025 in the amount of ₴ 1 billion.
“Almost ₴ 135 million of these funds is a subsidy for defense forces,” Morgunov wrote.
According to him, these funds are directed by 12 military and law enforcement for the purchase, in particular, UAVs, ribs, car fuel fillings and special equipment.

In 2024, the Vinnytsia City Community was informed from the city budget to support the defense forces ₴ 1.3 billion.
