Details: In response to a clarifying question, whether the embassy closure is related to Russia’s statement about changing its nuclear doctrine and lowering the threshold for a nuclear strike, the interlocutor once again emphasized that the embassy closure “is related to the constant threat of air attacks.”
US citizens are advised to follow the news in the local media, to find out in advance where the nearest shelters are located, and in the event of an air alert, to immediately go down to the shelter.
