Details: A meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council is being convened on November 26 in Brussels at the initiative of Ukraine to discuss Russia’s use of a medium-range ballistic missile over the Dnipro River, which the Kremlin ruler presented as an experimental Oreshnik missile, based on the older Rubezh ICBM, which is a potential carrier nuclear warhead.

We will remind:

  • The Air Force of Ukraine reported that during the morning attack on the Dnipro on November 21, the Russian Federation used an intercontinental ballistic missile. “UP” sources reported that it could be a “Rubiezh” missile, which is a potential carrier of a nuclear charge.
  • Later, the ruler of Russia, Vladimir Putin, said that the Oreshnik medium-range missile was used.
  • The United States confirmed that it received a warning from Russia about the planned launch half an hour before the missile was used.
