Details: According to the new rules approved by the Trump administration, candidates for public service must respond to four essays. Their goal is to evaluate the applicant’s political philosophy, devotion to government efficiency and personal labor ethics. This applies even to positions with a GS-5 tariff grid, where the basic annual salary starts from $ 32 357 a year. Such positions include, in particular, nurses, national park staff and firefighters.

Details: The 30-page document signed the Director of the White House Internal Policy Vince Gaeli and Acting OPM Director Charles Ezel is implemented by Donald Trump’s presidential decree to cancel diversity, equality and inclusivity programs (Dei) in federal bodies.
The Decree also provides for priority for persons who, according to the formulation of the administration, “dedicated to the improvement of the effectiveness of the federal government, passionately support the ideals of the American republic and adhere to the rule of law and the US Constitution.”
