Russian troops attacked Odesa region for the second time in a day, reported Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration.

“An enemy missile hit a field in the south of the region. Fortunately, people and infrastructure objects were not injured,” he wrote in a telegram.

On November 25, around 10:00 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on Odesa. According to the preliminary data of the law enforcement officers, with the “Iskander-M” ballistic missile. As a result of this rocket attack, 11 people were injured.
