Details: According to Kaplin, in the last two weeks his working days in Pavlograd last for 18-20 hours, and sometimes longer.

The House of Culture, where the center was deployed, “cracks at the seams”. Initially, they installed beds in the hall, later on stage, in the ballroom, technical rooms, corridors and even in the former children’s.

On the night of August 15, there were more than 60 people left at the parking lot near the center.

Literally: “Sleeping sleeping at night, putting a tent and putting people on the ground … Today they made a floor in a tent and brought 20 beds there. But only 6 were fired in a day, which were immediately filled with new evacuas.”

Details: According to him, in just three days more than 1,200 people passed through the center:

August 13 – 442 people, of which 190 remained at night;

August 14 – 399 people, 155 remained;

August 15 – 435 people, 215 were staying.

At the same time in the house of culture only 116 beds.

Kaplin stressed that the lack of a clearly defined receiving area and the overload of interregional transport points create additional difficulties.

Literally: “There is 1 evacuation wagon in Lviv region and the rest of the logistics on the shoulders of non -governmental organizations. All MTPs in Dnipropetrovsk are crowded. Some of them, even recently opened, filled by 117%”

Details: Particularly acute is the problem of location of the elderly and low -mobility, as geriatric establishments are crowded throughout the country. According to him, Decree No. 888 has not worked for assistance to domestic displaced persons.
