The theme of this year’s ceremony is “The limit of choice / Choice on the limit”. 2025 was the year when this line became visible: between fatigue and strength, between compromise and principle, between the need to adapt and the desire to remain oneself. And that is why this year’s hundred are people who make choices on the edge: who make decisions where others are silent, who take responsibility when it is the most difficult. Why does this award matter? The UP 100 project is not just a list and not just a ceremony. This is the recognition of those who, even under pressure, in extreme circumstances, continue to act, change, create, build. It is about leadership, which manifests itself not when everything is simple, but when there are no right answers and you have to choose, often casually, but consciously. What will be at the ceremony? Public conversations with laureates in various categories – about their experiences, decisions on the edge, the price that had to be paid for these elections. Musical format: performance of electro-folk band ONUKA and performance of National Dance Ensemble of Ukraine named after Pavlo Virskyi.
