Details: Precautionary measures were selected separately. Three 17-year-old judge chose a round-the-clock arrest, and 15-year-old-night, which will last from 20:00 to 06:00. The preventive measure will be valid until June 19.

The prosecutor in the case read the reasons for the arrests: the risk of hiding from the investigation; risk of destruction of documents; risk of influencing the victim and witnesses; the risk of continuing similar crimes.
The prosecutor also called the basis of household detention under house arrest that none of the boys has a wife and official work, so they have no restraining factors from hiding.
At the same time, the boys’ attorneys were sought for milder precautions: someone asked for a night’s arrest and someone to take a personal commitment.
According to the lawyer of one of the suspects, the soldier himself was provoked by the soldier. The case says that according to eyewitnesses, he was in one of the establishments in the capital’s hydropark that day, from where he came out and swore loudly, and thus provoked a conflict.
There was no serviceman Maxim Parkhomenko, who appears in video with beating. However, journalists managed to talk to him separately and get his comment on the event.
Parkhomenko refused to speak about the circumstances that caused the fight. According to him, he spent several days in the hospital, but now he feels well, however, he has several bruises. The serviceman also informed that he had already left Kiev, returned to his military unit and started performing his duties.
That preceded:
- On April 18, a fight between a group of teenagers and the military occurred in Kiev. The boys dumped the man on the ground and began to beat their feet and hands.
- Two teenagers were detained at the scene, two more – the next day.
